The heart of the cabin is our breathtaking great room, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning natural views that blur the line between indoors and out. Sink into the oversized L-shaped sofa or one of four armchairs, gather around the high-top table for games, and let the warmth of the gas fireplace set the perfect evening mood. A 65″ Samsung Smart TV completes this inviting space.

First Floor
Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed plus a full bed — perfect for families with kids

Step outside and breathe it all in. Our spacious wraparound deck (furnished May through October) is the perfect perch for morning coffee or sunset views. Fire up the high-performance propane grill for a backyard BBQ, then gather around the fire pit with wooden bench seating as the stars come out. Whether you’re hosting an outdoor feast or simply unwinding after a hike, our outdoor spaces deliver the full mountain experience.
ONLY 10 beach/pool passes are provided, including 2 parking passes for the use of community amenities, regardless of the size of your party.
Please return all passes to their original place before checking out. The beach is within walking distance and the pool requires a short drive.

In addition to the “great room” (with vaulted ceilings) and family room, the house has an additional 3 season sunroom, featuring a flat screen TV and game table.
PLEASE NOTE: We offer these STARTER supplies: only of paper towels, napkins, garbage bags, and toilet paper.
WE DO NOT OFFER: Shampoo, conditioner, lake/pool towels.
We provide bath towels, hand towels as well as bed linens, but recommend you bring towels for the pool and lake as those are not provided for you and use of bath towels from the cabin is prohibited outside of the property.
We provide STARTER trash bags only. Please put ALL trash in garbage bins OUTSIDE prior to check out and make sure lids are tightly closed.
For the safety of both guests and property, there are outside security cameras located at 3 ports of entry. Any tampering with or disconnecting of security cameras or WiFi will be grounds for immediate eviction from the property and up to a $200 charge per camera.
Please note this property may NOT suitable for small children under the age of 7. There are 2 sets of steps, a balcony on the 3rd floor, and a high deck. We do not provide gates, high chairs, or cribs.

Violators will be promptly removed, no refunds, and security deposit forfeited!
There is a noise ordinance that is in effect at all times as Bear Creek is a quiet and peaceful location
often hosting year-round property owners. Our sleepy community is patrolled 24 hours by security
enforcing noise restrictions, violation is grounds for immediate dismissal with NO refund.
*Any violation of Bear Creek rules can be imposed fines up to $500

When using the air/heat units please only use UP and DOWN arrows, if you touch any other buttons, the heat/air will stop working. (If you have young children, keep them out of reach). The remotes must stay close to each unit at all times in order to work. If you touch any other buttons, the units won’t work. If we have to send someone out to fix it, each visit is a $50 charge.
If you have an EV, please use the outlet outside on deck to charge, not inside the front door.
